Pohl Real Estate is a local real estate company run by one person who has lived in Portland his entire life. I am a needs based seller. Whatever my clients' needs are I provide. They may be looking for a great deal, to live on a lake, a certain school, or to have a community of dog parks nearby, but no matter what it is I work hand-and-hand with my client until their goal is achieved. I live and breathe all aspects of real estate. Many of my clients are tennis players as that is also a passion of mine. I've been known to offer free tennis lessons for closing a sale with me. Pohl Real Estate offers top notch services to relocation, new home construction and residential resale clients. I am flexible with my clients' needs and whatever they are looking for I provide. I am an aficionado of the Portland Real Estate scene and very strategic in my approach to negotiating a sale. I know the market better than anyone and I easily adapt my knowledge of the market and people to maximize profits for my clients. I work in real estate because I love helping people achieve their dreams and I'm good at what I do. Real estate comes natural to me and I enjoy seeing people make major life changes. There are many reasons people buy and sell homes, but I'm honored to be a part of that process for my clients. I especially enjoy working with first time homebuyers because it's such an important step in their lives and I am good at educating them quickly. I take the burden of a real estate transaction for my clients and make it enjoyable for everyone. Real estate is not complicated and I that is why people call me "No Hassle Real Estate".
Pohl Real Estate got started as an investor of real estate. We would fix up homes and then sell them on lease options. I then realized that real estate was for me and I wanted to make a career out of it so I decided that I better get my real estate license. I enjoy using my expertise to help people with something they find complicated, annoying or burdensome.
