Dr. Summy To is an independent doctor of Optometry who opened her own practice after ten years of providing primary eye care. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997 and moved to Portland in 2006 to build a career in the city she loves Her philosophy is to spend time with her clients to determine the best vision correction and continue a relationship with them to build a consistency to maintain eye health. Our eye examinations are thorough and provide plenty of opportunity for clients to ask questions and participate in their own care. We fashion quality eyewear at a reasonable price, fit clients in the best products available and treat clients with honesty and respect.
