The use of biomass fuels moderates the global problems like acid rain and global warming. The use of pellet burning appliances is more convenient to use and offer much higher combusting and heating efficiencies compared to other wood stoves or fireplaces. As a result, it creates less air pollution due to fewer residues. The pellet stoves are the cleanest of solid fuel-burning in residential or some commercial spaces. Its efficiency goes up to 78%-85% which made it exempted from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) smoke-emission testing requirements. The pellet stoves have capacities in combustion efficiency that ranges from 8,000 to 90,000 Btu per hour which are just suitable for heating up residential homes, apartments and condominiums.
